Without revealing too much, I worked factory floor at Amy’s for a while 2 years ago… no air conditioning & stuffy atmosphere; 2-3 bathroom breaks, at most. ngl cutting blocks of cheese and chucking them at the shredder was kinda fun, and you could take some of the baked pizza bread and cheese back home if you wanted. but they made you work overtime sometimes… and then it wouldn’t appear on your paycheck. so, after a couple of months I bailed.

I’m glad they’re pushing back, the contract legit opens up with a “we don’t need to talk about unions, we’re a family here” aka the oldest red flag.

This is the easiest boycott ever. :im-vegan: and I haven’t bought Amy’s in like 10 years, they make weak-ass expensive product.
