my cats be like “oh no not a kiss ewww!” but also start purring when i smooch their little snoots
Don’t minimize that concern! One of my cats loathes being kissed, but has no problem trying to lick my nose off my face.
That truly is my cat’s biggest concern. She hates being held at all, but she does like being combed and petted as long as she happens to be in the mood for it.
What is your cat’s opinion on being squished?

I often think the same when my cats lick me.
