Hard to not be the best mars helicopter when you are the only one.
But it says a hell of a lot if you’re not the best in that situation.
My dad once called me, super excited, and told me to come home right now. “I made the best apple pie I’ve ever made”, he said.
It was, in fact, the first apple pie he made. It was decent.
I’d eat anything my father used to make, simply because we both were super excited for how it was gonna turn out. Safe to say it was usually only decent but I would kill to have that kind of experience again. (Not saying he is dead or anything but we both have gotten very busy and it’s hard to do stuff like that)
