Where the fuck can I shop where I won’t be giving my money to ghouls? Ralph’s is owned by Kroger, who are basically Satan incarnate in grocery form, Vons is expensive and was up to the same anti-union shit and shirking safety standards during the covid quarantine, now Trader Joe’s is going full ancap? Krogers sucks for a ton of reasons, but at least ONE near me is union (I think its a bland one but hey, they at least offer above 15 for starting). The self checkout peeps are also usually pretty nice, and generally don’t check if the automated fascist complains that you scanned something wrong.
Costco, bonus the white supremacy kicks in so the deals are real good there. Aldi is better than normal. They are probably just as bad but they let their cashiers sit.

A co-op is even better if you can find one that isn’t too bougie. They exist in places you might expect like Vermont and California, but also places like Wisconsin.
