God I fucking hate cover letters. I already have to make a resume, I’m not writing a cover letter for every application I submit, especially when 90% of them are just going to be ignored.
Yeah I fucking hate my job but it’s brutal out there, looking for a job is so much fucking worse
This is making me feel real good about the fact that today is my last day before I’m laid off.
Been on my hands and knees with people trying to get a job lately. And I won’t even be considered for disability assistance until June.

It’s because companies want to put out an illusion of hiring people so it looks less like nepotism when the boss’s nephew gets hired to the position
