Incredibly based and also incredibly depressing

There looks to be a walkway, front door, stone wall, and lighting powered by electricity coming from somewhere.

This isn’t the only one. There is usually one in front of the harbor freight on Hollywood Blvd. sometimes it moves to the 7-11. They usually set up a few flag poles too.
