RCV/instant runoff doesn’t actually create opportunities for third parties either. Plenty of places use it and still have duopolies or single party rule. There’s also fptp systems that have multiple parties engaged in government.

So add a few foreign policy issues like “forcing Ukrainians into a meat grinder”.
