      I can’t say Uzbekistan is high on my to-travel list, but with architecture like this, perhaps I should reconsider!

        Buhara and Samarkand are both worth a visit. Knowing Uzbek or Russian is a must, though, since English is quite rare there.

          With only life to live, I may have to wait 20 years when situations are different. I do appreciate the info!
