Telegram has taken action against Z-Library's channel, with several of Z-Library's own messages removed "due to copyright infringement."

    It should never be illegal to link to infringing content in the US. First Amendment should apply if they have any sense.

        For voice? When I last used Discord, they were offering search, so text is definitely not encrypted.
