The last two nights I’ve been getting weird insomnia and dread

I am so clucking tired
every time my sleep has been interrupted for the last month or so im just awake. i can get six hours or two it doesnt matter im just awake
i have had to really come to terms with going to bed at like 730 and 830 if possible, because thats just the time when i can get sleep. if i wake up in the middle of the freaking night thats just what i’ve got. if i can sleep for 12 hours straight then thats great.
after like three weeks of doing this crap i should be caught up… hopefully
addendum: after about one week of doing whatever i can to sleep and i am honestly doing a lot better

Lately I’ve been getting spikes of dread around sunset and I don’t know why
probably sunsets remind you of things that are ending, like life on earth
maybe you can try channeling your sunset dread into some kind of creative process like some little writing or making gifs or something
take a break from the hole and try chilling in the treetops with the big owls for a few nights
