    Try roasting the peppers before slicing them. It brings out the flavor and makes them extra spicy.

    Brooo… this is how I do nachos! FRESH sliced jalapeños, not pickled. The flavor profile is much fresher. Nice presentation, but like someone else said, portion is too small! lol

      I really like the flavor of jalapenos, but have almost no tolerance for heat. Thinly sliced raw, seeded jalapenos are beautifully bright and make me happy 😁.

      2 8oz blocks shredded. They just melt better when you don’t use the pre shredded stuff. They were tasty!
