Zuckerberg is 39 years old, which isn’t young but is still within the age range of general fitness.
Elon Musk is 52 years old, a significant disadvantage against a younger and healthier opponent.
They also appear to be vastly different weight classes. Zuck is very skinny, while Musk looks unfit and overweight.

Despite being one of the richest men on the planet, and running one of the largest tech companies on the planet, he has actually been a good father/husband from what I understand. Also, he knows when to shut the fuck up and let his PR people tell him what to say.

But, when he isn’t manipulating the world or making a shitty version of VR Chat, he is an amateur martial artist and has friendly “mma matches” on the weekends.
