While it would have been funny if he had announced his unconditional support of the Al-Qassam brigades a week before the election, I guess we live in the real world where this happens instead. There shouldn’t be any disappointment. We knew what his position was going to be.

Why even bother trying and add salt to injury? Just ignore this issue and have the decency to tell us sweet lies like Obama did. These fucks are useless, khallas fam, khallas

No, bourgeois politicians should actually tell people to get fucked more often. It builds class consciousness like nothing else.

Did the title of the video change? I swear I saw it say “genocide” instead of “war” when I loaded YouTube this morning…

Bernie has never acnowledged the term genocide wrt to the current situation. He knows it would lead to serious charges against just about every member of the Senate and Congress and he doesn’t want to be “that guy” that gave the incriminating soundbite.

Serious charges? In what world? Every member of Senate, and every member of Congress could sign a letter explicitly saying they love genocide and establishing a minimum quota of children killed per week and there would be no charges. Who is going to charge them? The ICC (lol)?

I assume that a significant number of people here became leftists because of a brief ephemeral momentum that Bernie Sanders was the figurehead of. This has to sting a bit.

He was at least an amerikkka politician I had some respect for. I’d already lost all respect for him because of his groveling for Biden and finding out that he voted in favor of bombing Serbia, but his neocon and Israel lover arc has made me give me strength to comrade heart attack.

What turned me to the left wasn’t Bernie per se, but how the DNC was exposed to be cheating in Hil’s favor and how the Wikileaks report that exposed it was buried by the media.

There was a clear party interest in opposing leftward movement, and a clear media collusion in that.

      This greatly disillusioned me

The “coin toss” rituals were such an obvious ratfuck during the primaries: ever watch the videos of the “coin tosses?” The loyal ghouls doing them caught the coin, glanced at it, then set it down on the arm. what-the-hell

It doesn’t take a math teacher to tell someone that 9 coin tosses out of 10 going to hillgasm on actual fair coin tosses is very, very unlikely.

There was some obscure coin toss thing in Iowa to determine delegate numbers in the primary, Hilary “won” six in a row with a ~1.5 percent probability

I’d love to know how many people this actually appeals to. Are there really that many “progressives” happy to see someone who once inspired them simping for the establishment that cucked him so bad?

Although based on the YouTube comments people love this shit what-the-hell don’t read them if you don’t want psychic damage

Honestly at this point I think Bernie’s currently vocal “supporters” are actually conservative Dems using him like a cudgel to guilt-trip and exploit progressive voters into moving to the right. Bernie doesn’t seem to mind playing right into their strategy - maybe he doesn’t know, maybe he doesn’t care.

At the same time I don’t think progressives are even a functional political bloc anymore which makes it all kind of funny. It’s like the conservatives crossed the finish line and won the race 4 years ago, but they didn’t realize it so they’re still out there running all by themselves.

Democrats are getting desperate. Even the most casual DSA leftists have stopped trusting every word out of Bernie’s mouth for at least a year now.

Does he even use the word “genocide”? As soon as he used the worn down harm reduction argument, I tuned out.
