Those are some very specifically-drawn dildos.
On the left we have a Bad Dragon Ika The Tentacle and on the right we have what looks like could be either a Nocturne The Enderfang, Sleipnir the Mythic Norse Stallion, or Kelvin the Ice Dragon…all by Bad Dragon.
That was the most entertaining bit of impromptu research I’ve done this week.

To be fair, the catalog isn’t that expansive. Hit the Bad Dragon website and you view the entire collection in detail in less than ten minutes. That’s what I did. Some are…imaginative

I assume it’s a parodic, non-copyright-infringing synonym of a certain “sparkly vampire” story that also contains at least one werewolf. The book has an apple on the cover, and I assume that’s supposed to be an apple on the spine of the book in this comic.
