I think that’s the super rare atomic bomb effect. Basically a gigantic nuke that you have to run away to escape the blast.
So if your inventory is full, you can’t carry pasty.

I live near the area where Pasty’s were invented for the Iron and Copper miner’s. D&D and Roguelike games are very popular.
