Hamas isn’t a terrorist organization, they have a mandate from the people and were formed directly in response to the genocide of said people. They stop existing when the genocide is over.
That’s an insane thing to say about a group founded specifically to kill Jews and has been doing so ever since. Also, having a “mandate from the people” doesn’t stop an organization from being terrorists.

Article 8 of the same charter states “Jihad is [Hamas’s] path and death for the sake of Allah is the loftiest of its wishes.” It doesn’t get much clearer than that.

If you have most of your family ethnically cleansed after being invaded, you tend to blame the people that did it. Maybe don’t have a genocidal ethnostate insist it represents all Jews and all Jews must support it if you don’t want the victims to blame all Jews.
