    Before or after he builds the wall that Mexico will pay for? The wall he promised 10 years ago and ended up being a metal fence that costs Americans billions to build.

      Didn’t some of it already blow over?

      Everything about donvict seems so cheap, chintzy, and gaudy. That his fence, er, “wall”, didn’t even last a few years seems entirely appropriate.
