My expectations were already low based on the box’s physical size, but it still somehow managed to not even meet that

Are you kidding. This is murica! Cheese is practically a waste product of our over subsidized dairy industry. Theres a reason that there’s 1.4 billion pounds of cheese in our strategic cheese reserves. Theres no reason those enchiladas couldn’t be 50% cheese product.

“Cheesy queso” is there for a very specific reason: they can’t legally put “cheese” on the box because that has a legal definition, and there must be a minimum percentage of cheese in the product for the box to legally bear the word “cheese”.

“Cheesy queso” has no legal definition. So even if the product only has 0.1% cheese in it - or no cheese at all - it’s not illegal to write “cheesy queso”.

It does say “now with more cheese” so maybe it’s 0.2% even!

Family size - probably as an intermediate course between the soup and the main course.

Out of curiosity: how much does it weight?

My expections would be extremely low based on the brand. The less in the box might be a good thing.

It was actually ok, not terrible, but also not great. If it was a bit better I could have forgiven them on the portion sizes lol

I don’t think I could eat stoufers, I find that stuff really not good.

Besides its so easy to make. Beans, rice, a rotesserie chicken if you want to get fancy cheese and enchilada sauce. Make in advance and freeze portions of it. Cheaper in the long run and actually tastes good.

For my family of three, I’ve had to start buying “party size” of too many things.

Family size cereal is ok though, since I’m the only one who eats it
