Bullshit. Russia already had NATO at its borders (baltics) and now it has more of NATO on its borders (Finland) than before the invasion.

that’s the claim, anyway… never mind the fact that nukes can literally be based anywhere on the planet and be an effective weapon and deterrent. there’s not near the value in them being on the ‘front lines’ as putin wants the world to believe.
