I think it’s very likely you’re trans and there’s nothing wrong with that, it’s important to come out and accept yourself and realize that these are signs you might not be as cis as you thought you were.

Check out [email protected] and [email protected] and see if you relate to anything there. If you do, you’re probably not entirely cis 🏳️‍⚧️

You must follow the Egg Prime Directive. You may not push or coerce people into identifying or not identifying a certain way. You must respect them as the gender they claim to identify as. In addition it is extremely in poor taste to make assumptions about other people’s identities based on external factors, we understand it cannot be helped but it is best not to as it can affect the way you treat others in noticeable ways.

Don’t quote that gatekeeping garbage to me, I’m not pushing or coercing anyone of being trans. No trans person does that. That’s TERF garbage meant to try and villify trans people for existing or being supportive of other trans and questioning people.

          2. Why are you linking to a comm that you regard as upholding ‘gatekeeping garbage’

Forcing trans ideals on folks because of the character they play is one of the reason the cheeto bandito won… just stop it its toxic as fuck.

I tend to play female characters. Only because of the smaller hitbox tho, definitely not for other reasons.

The gender is tied to the role for me. Male warrior, female assassin, male wizard, female ranger, male anyone with a gun, female thief.

Its about picking the gender that best fits the vibe of the character. The character is in mind their own person and also never represents me.

All this doesnt matter since I’m picking a warrior 99% of the time became i hate wizards and sneaky folk.

You can’t talk about immersion if your Skyrim character looks like that. Nothing immersive about it.

My wife plays as a male and I play as a female. When we were playing wow, random male characters would drop me 100gold at a time. This is when we were very early into wow and we just started getting silvers.

Star Wars Galaxies I would leave my character dancing in a cantina and come back to thousands of tips in credits.

I did the same. I normally wearing skimpy clothes. Unfortunately in WoW you have to be there to accept.

I generally try and make my characters look like me (or my fursona if they have furry character options). The only exceptions are, Fallout 2, Demon Souls, and a lot of shooters because there are mechanical differences. Fallout 2 has special dialogue for women and makes saving Vic easy as fuck, Demon Souls has armors that are specific to gender, and female characters in shooters often tend to be smaller and thus harder to shoot.

So I guess I am gender fluid, but only if I gain an advantage when changing genders.

Why would I want to look at a dudes ass in third person for 120 hours?

I usually play a female character, because if im going to stare at an ass for 120 hours, it might as well be a nice ass.

Exactly my philosophy. Also the whole “escape reality” bit. I also like RPGs where I can be an immortal skeleton or a lizard prince (ok, both of those examples were actually just Divinity: Original Sin 2).

if you find yourself playing games as an immortal skeleton or a lizard prince, you may not be entirely human. join my community and see if you relate to being a skeleton or lizard 😃

For me that depends on a game. I noticed that in a fantasy game I usually pick female character and if it’s more normal earthly setting (especially shooters) I go with male. I don’t know why, maybe because of outfits. For me fantastical outfits look cooler on girls and military outfits look cooler on dudes.

I just think they look better. Rather stare at something nice than fugly. The only time i play a male is when they have bad ass enough looking armor at low enough levels. Even then its prob an alt from all the gear I got on my female main since its not usable on her.
