As far as i know, there used to be a rule against that that was applied to people praising luigi, but not to people who said to kill all billionaires. I think it got removed or replaced now since i couldnt find it.
It wasn’t a rule, there was just ambiguity on whether talking about jury nullification for Luigi’s trial fell under advocating for violence, which led to some confusion (they later clarified that talking about it in terms of encouraging future crimes still counts as advocating for violence, but if the crime already happened or if it’s non-specific it’s all good, afaik).

I think that depends largely on somebody’s “join” date. If they’re under 6 months old, they probably got banned/censored from Reddit. If they joined in the last 6-12 months, it’s probably because of Reddit’s AI policies. If they joined 12-18 months ago, it was probably due to the API changes shutting down third-party apps. If they’re older than that, then they’re probably just tankies.
