After reading this article, I have to say that the headline/image are pretty misleading. He was talking about Kursk, the region of Russia that Ukraine invaded: he said it’s back under Russian control and the Ukraine forces there are surrounded. Then he said they have two options: surrender or die.
I’m not defending Putin here. Just that he’s evil enough without actually taking things out of context to twist what actually happened into some clickbait headline.
Are there any actual news sources left? They all seem to be clickbait.
Frankly the news media have been suspect from the very beginning. There’s never been a time when they were not biased or sensationalist. All we can do is read them critically, and not rely overly much on any single source.
Trump was supposed to end this war in a day. Has it been a day yet?

Or he sulks in the corner focuses on his trade war and bans media outlets that point out how terrible is at negotiation.
The next step is to get Putin to a table and poison or radiate him and end it that way.

Let’s delve a bit deeper into this: The Russia surrendering means it exists only within its borders. Ukraine is not going to kill Russians inside the Russia, nor do anything else to them either. They kill what they have to, in order to get the Russia out of Ukraine.
Ukraine surrendering means it exists within no borders whatsoever. The Russia is killing Ukrainians inside Ukraine, and will continue doing so even if the war ends.
So, Putin says Ukraine must surrender or all people of Ukraine in Ukraine will die. And you’re saying it could be said that Ukraine “says” the Russia must surrender or all people of the Russian Federation in Ukraine will die. I think there’s a very important difference between these two. While it would be idiotic to kill all Russians (Rossijskie) in Ukraine, it would still mean “only” killing them in one country outside their own. Killing all Ukrainians in Ukraine would mean killing them in their own country.

Why? Given what Putin ordered to be done to Ukrainians I can imagine that many if not most would like to see him surrender or die himself.
