    Not entirely on topic but I’d like to encourage everyone interested in getting into running to try the coach to 5k program. https://www.nhs.uk/better-health/get-active/get-running-with-couch-to-5k/ marathons aside, getting out there and doing any form of exercise is better than none! And I bet a lot of people will be surprised with what they’re capable of…

    Based on my friends its probably about 50/50. Based on work colleagues, only one runner.

    So probably not.
