I did this after i borrowed 5$ from a friend, then for reasons vanished from the face of the earth for 10 years. After i made myself known again i got in contanct with people and paid off any debts i had, which included that 5$.

I have trouble making friends and breaking the ice too. I’m going to go around giving out money to break the ice too. Is $7 enough? How much conversation time do I get for that?

Having a minor crisis realizing that 9th grade was far more than seven years ago for me. This is fine.

I’m 35. 9th grade isn’t even on my radar anymore.

Did you study for your 29th grade final exams? They’re tomorrow and if you fall you get bumped back to high school

I get dreams about being in high school and about having to take exams or being behind on them and I’m always like “why am I even here I have a career already” and it’s always stupid.

I get those, too! I end up remembering I have a master’s degree. I tell high school to pound sand, then I go off flying or something fun.

Yeah I usually realize it’s a dream at some point in those ones and then I get to practice shooting energy beams out of my mouth or something else that’s fun until I wake up.

I have my friend a cell phone when he was struggling.

He insisted he paid me back when he gets back on his feet.

He died before he paid me back. I like to believe that this would be him if he was still with us. 🥺

Honestly, he probably just forgot and found a random slip of paper with a note on it while moving or something.

Still even to find the strip and transfer the money is amazing to me. Maybe I just have low standards though ;-)

Lawful good would have taken inflation into account and paid $8.91

Chaotic good might even be something more like breaking into your bank and erasing part of your debt by way of repayment.

Depends - LG might have paid $7 because future inflation wasn’t part of the terms of the loan (and is not normally).

I know a guy who is the opposite of this in a way. I, as a joke, decided to remind him that he owed me $7 for pizza that he never paid me for back when he was part of one of my DnD groups. He got mad, insisted that he already paid it, and then blocked me and started telling coworkers that I was trying to steal from him. (We used to work together, no one believes him but he keeps trying to tell people that, but only to people who knew me for some reason which is how I know.)

He still hasn’t gotten over being kicked from the group because he made the other players uncomfortable, one of whom still works with him, and he blames me because I wasn’t willing to kick the rest of the group instead. (Yes, he actually suggested kicking every other player and just finding new ones who would, and I quote, “agree with me more”)
