I attend quite a few meetings where I don’t know what the hell is going on so I just look for opportunities to make jokes.
The difference is if they are laughing with you … or laughing at you
Irrelevant - did zero work, got paid not wrote up.
Office jester should be a thing, and they should be allowed to mock the bosses without reprecautions.
And maybe without repercussions too.
