Another new kid this morning! He’ll have 11 other buddies! We now have 12 barred owlets and 5 Great horned owlets. As soon as they can fly, they’ll all go back to their parents.

      He’s got 50% more leg to work out!

      For the new people, birds have an extra leg joint than we do. They’ve got a bone called the tarsus between what would be their calf muscle and their foot.
