Literally wouldn’t matter, and unfortunately for you this is one of my biggest pet peeves. Framing this battle as the People vs Trump is awful. Trump is a symptom of a larger problem, and until the rot at the heart of the U.S. government is fully cut out, it actually doesn’t matter who is running the circus. If we still have elections in 2028, the race will be against two billionaire-backed candidates. One will champion returning to the liberal status quo that allows fascism to legitimize itself and grow, and the other will be fascism.

If anything, assassinating him now would make him a martyr that would galvanize his base, who are already calling for civil war btw, into action.
