    From what I can tell it’s a tweet in which they “recommend” his nomination, rather than nominate him themselves.

    While members of national legislatures are allowed to nominate people for a Nobel prize, national governments per se are not.

      Giving the peace prize to the commander of the worlds 8 biggest militias is an oxymoron no matter who is currently in charge.

      I wonder how, a group of people who’s entire job it is to determine who’s worthy of a nobel peace prize, can make the mistake of awarding it to someone who bombs civilians (I think it was hundreds per year until Trump stopped publishing the numbers).
