Didn’t follow a specific recipe, but it was essentially this sans mushrooms and nori. I also added chili crunch.

Yum. Have been meaning to make this myself after watching John Torode’s Korean cooking series.
When I make kimchi fried rice I use bacon as well with a ton of gochujang. Mmm
This is a favorite at our house. Actually, I’m just about to fry some up for dinner guests :)
