If go is “round chess” what’s stop?

Round chess is hard. But fun.
I want to have a go at the round chess, too!
The wild thing about this is that Shogi would make a much more reasonable middle picture than Go.
Chinese chess is round chess. Shogi is pointy chess. Chess is icon chess.
Aren’t the pieces normally rectangles with a point?

True. Shogi is played with chess clocks but from what I know about Go, it doesn’t make much sense but I might be wrong tho.
