So I bought the Timex Easy Reader after some research and got it for really cheap, but I have never worn any watch so I don’t know if it’s too big?

I’d say it depends what look you are going for. For a classic dress watch, I’d consider it a bit too big. For a more leisure or sporty look it’s just on the upper limit but OK if you like your watch to be more prominent.

But that’s just my personal opinion - If you like it, what’s wrong with that?

I want to see it with a sleeve. I don’t know if that means anything.

And the six is too big while the 12 is too small.

Hmm. I don’t see it. To my eyes they look like the same font size. It’s it maybe because 12 is two digits while 6 is just one?

My general rule of thumb is that you just don’t want the lugs to extend beyond your wrist, and it doesn’t look like they do.

With the lugs on this watch being very small, to accommodate the large face (hence the easy reader name), it wears bigger than it is. My guess is thats what has you questioning it.

    Looks fine.

I’d even go bigger if I was you, but I like a big chunky watch.

I’ve got a Garmin 5x and a Citizen Navihawk. Neither are small
