minus-square@[email protected]linkfedilink1•edit-210 months agoAs much as any sane stretching is. But imho a lot of New Age or mystical orientalist beliefs tend to gravitate around it. And (still anecdotal evidence) people who are “super into yoga” tend to adhere more to said bs beliefs.
