minus-square@[email protected]linkfedilink1•1 year agoDoes this apply to processes that have battery optimization disabled? Like say, for example, if I had the limit set to five, and had 5 apps open, would I still be able to receive signal notifications (not using GCM, I think it’s webhooks)
