Oh it’s definitely speeding up. Atlantic sea temperature has been flying up this year. The Antarctic sea ice is freezing at an incredibly slow rate, like it’s 2 million km2 less than where it should be right now.
It feels like we’re at the start of a Hollywood disaster film, the scientists running around with printouts of data, but they’re not, because they’ve been warning us for decades and now it’s happening.
