Jerico Pictures Inc., a background-check company doing business as National Public Data, exposed the personal information of nearly 3 billion individuals in an April data breach, a proposed class action says.
Argh, this is so infuriating! This needs to stop, we need proper protection against this bullshit. Clearly, the current way of doing things is insufficient. I can only hope that real change comes by actively fighting for it.
