Angle grinders will cut through anything, but they’re loud, and if you have a lock that takes more than 30 seconds to grind or 1 grinder disk, well why would the thief bother vs one of the easier targets?
PS, get the chain versions and not the ulock if possible, in test videos I watched it seemed like the chain versions were much more annoying for the angle grinder user. If your bike is worth over $300 then imo it’s worth it, now that every douchebag has a mini bolt cutter in their backpack (around here)
I wonder how those electric/powered bolt cutters fare against that…I mean the manufacturer has to cut it somehow as well, right?
