Well, I think Max’s one, the one based on a Polaroid JobPro 600 has a tripod thread, but the one Chloe gives her is probably based on the Spectra 1200si, or 1200FF, which does NOT have thread, so… i’m going with that one… lol
Oh, yeah, there is ALWAYS time for a bit of background Chasemarsh… I believe if anyone could reign in the queen bitch it would our girl Kate.
The bigger mystery however is… what did Chloe have to do to do get Veronica to pay for the setup lol… THAT is the $10 000 question… when we find out more… in our next episode of… ‘Days are Strange’.
NOTE: Also, is that your camera? cool… I had a old Polaroid somewhere… but film was so expensive I didn’t keep track of what I did with it… NOW i’m sorry I didn’t hold on to it.
huh, weird. all three of my spectras have tripod holes (this one is a spectra system – or welp, image system, because it’s the euro model), and i’m weirded out that some don’t have one because of spectra’s premium positioning in general. that said, your story is def cuter this way
and yup, it’s mine
and yeah, Kari has her ways, do not ever doubt her
also, yeah, damn, i hope you find your polaroid sometime. the cameras aren’t very expensive though. my personal favorite is the impulse af, it’s just so frickin easy and comfy to use, and its film is still in production. (rip spectra – although there’s a jig i found a while back, i should order one to see if i can shoot some 600 through this bad boy.) but yeah, you’re not wrong about the film, lol
By me, finding ones in good nic are like finding gold chicken teeth… and the ones that ARE in good condition are very pricey… not to mention the film. I just need to go dig through the boxes, i’m sure ill find it… its probably hidden under my one of a kind, limited edition, golden schlond-poofa… (google it 🤣)
One would think you can pop that doodad out, and find the thread, but nope… nada.
It’s obviously a localized thing.
I can’t remember what model I had, but I don’t think it had a mount thread, but I could be wrong. Either way, as you said… this story works because Max’s one didn’t.
