I agree with the “nocturnal working” plan. And also with AC’s for the disabled, dangerously heat sensitive, and elderly. A sane society would start doing basically AC rationing while dumping all of their funding into restructuring towns to maximize cooling at this point.

Right? Nothing should ever be built again that doesn’t have like 3 foot thick walls of highly insulative material.
