Besides, plenty of people with serious mental conditions go to prison. There is only one reason he won’t be one of them. He’s wealthy and only the first part of “Liberty and Justice” applies to him.
That’s also weird to me. As soon as i have enough money to feel kinda secure for the next few months, making more money is not a huge priority anymore. Other interests then become way more important.

I feel the same way but I don’t want the back-and-forth of finding a job. Accumulate enough to retire very modestly and then just enjoy living. I can’t imagine trying to hoard more money than I need to survive this lifetime.
