      Didn’t someone (Liberation News maybe?) go there and it basically turned out to be this? Like slumlords were using it as an excuse to basically never visit the properties or do basic repairs.

        Yeah, that slumlord was the start of this current round of “Venezuelan supergang taking over Aurora, CO” hysteria. He’s been doing slumlord shit for years and the state finally decided to do some kind of enforcement so he made up this Tren de Aragua story.
