minus-square@[email protected]linkfedilink9•8 months agoIf things are bad enough to be worth a protest then it’s probably always best to be at least a bit cautious, and your phone is one of the worst possible things you could have on you.
It’s about anonymity. You can be tracked through your phone, and of course, by your face.
I guess I’m spoiled by my (yet working) european liberal democracy. No idea it got that bad that you need to worry about such things…
you should always worry about it operationally. even in europe.
