Florida Man Anthony Sabatini, who is currently running for Congress, is the subject of new report that accuses him of plagiarizing his undergrad thesis.
He probably earned his JD as there is very rarely any graded homework in law school. Exams constitute practically all of your grades. Plagiarism should have kept him out, but he likely survived on his own.

That’s the point. He should never have graduated.
Also, people who do this, tend to continue doing this. So all of his law school coursework is now suspect, as well.
