Since last year, 3.2 million fewer employees felt enthusiastic about and involved in their work, matching a figure not seen in the U.S. since 2014.

I can’t control my wage nor where I work but I do control the amount of labour I provide.

This is common sense 101, I let bootlickers gun for promotions. When I am ready for a raise, I switch jobs. Why play stupid games?

  Currently, I submit 2-4 resumes a day on the clock…technically I’m getting paid to get a raise…
