I had a teacher in the 90’s call me a spaz.
Spaz was very mild in the US and very serious in the UK. Meant kinda different things too.

Fanny is a semi common forename in Sweden.
And what does fanny mean to you?
In Swedish? just a name, with unfortunate significance in the english language.
