      The EU, no, but Serbia traditionally has been aligned with Russia and their position hasn’t been too clear regarding the sanctions against Russia, e.g.

          I don’t know much about politics in Serbia but it’s hard to imagine that there’s anyone in the world for whom this grovelling before Russia for the “mistake” doesn’t make him look like a complete loser.
