Cool. Maybe the money saved can go toward to those things.
Then why are they gutting them?
Because they are wasting money.
They are helping people. Is that wasting money?
What people are they helping? And you can always set up a charity so YOU can help them if you like those programs so much.

Well if so many want to give, then that would scale up. If nto that many want to give, then they don’t get it
