He basically has most of the functional powers of a dictator, with only some resistance (currently) from the judiciary. Also, he openly talked about illegally staying in power for a third term, and has refused demands from the courts. I hope I’m wrong, but we’re witnessing him and his sycophants consolidate power to never be held accountable again…
