Last year, reports surfaced that Samsung had shifted its executives to a grueling six-day workweek to “inject a sense of crisis” after recognizing its struggles in AI chips. However, the strategy does not seem to have delivered the intended results.
Hmm, this is very surprising. How did this not fix the issue? Maybe they need to have the executives work 7 days a week? Maybe they need to fire workers and use the money to hire additional executives? Maybe they can pay the executives more to motivate them to work harder?
