minus-square@[email protected]linkfedilink1•2 months agoBut hundreds of thousands, or millions of other Nazis were never tried or punished for their crimes. Indeed, it was usually the ones who gave the orders who were tried.
That wasn’t an acceptable excuse at the Nuremberg trials.
I prefer the word accepted in that sentence, because I sure don’t find it acceptable.
