We just got a 2,500 gallon tank, but it’s not connected yet, also going to collect rain water soon.
Soon we will have a food garden too, but that’s one of the last things we are going to focus on. At least we started a compost pile already because I know that will take a year or two to be ready.

If you’re going permaculture for your food, start now with some nitrogen fixers and soil conditioners.
